Meet the Pastor

I know firsthand that life doesn’t always go from point A to point B the way we intended. The twists and turns of life can just leave you wondering what can be scrapped out of the ashes. Through it all I have also experienced firsthand God’s faithfulness and direction and I want you to experience His care for you as well. For the first 15 years with the Westminster family I was a dual-vocation pastor (ranging from Heating and Plumbing, Power Plant Operator and Financial Analyst) balancing ministry with other professions, which gives me a deep appreciation for the challenges of living out faith in everyday life. My heart is set on bringing people into community where we can go to the cross and encounter the love and grace of Jesus in a way that transforms our lives and the lives of our families.

After 39 years of marriage, Nancy and I still love and like each other, and I am grateful for the journey we continue to share. We find joy in spending time with our family, serving the church, and walking alongside others in faith. My calling remains clear: to personally love Jesus Christ and walk out my relationship with Him in an authentic and genuine manner, to preach the Word of God in Holy Spirt power, and encourage others as they trust in God’s plan—no matter where life takes them.
